Electric Blue Crush is a 2026 FAILE Street Print Series work made with acrylic and silkscreen ink on found architectural drawing paper. The studio specifies 23.5 × 35 inches, signed, numbered and embossed, in an edition of 55. It was marked sold out at the 6 October 2026 check, with a listed price of $195. Electric Blue Crush.

Found paper is an edition fact

FAILE describes these sheets as municipal architectural drawings that are hand-cut and may carry staining, painting and edge variation from life around the studio. That is unusually useful condition context: the support is not promised as a pristine, uniformly trimmed sheet of conventional fine-art paper. The description does not mean that every mark on any later-sale example is original, however. A collector still needs photographs of the actual sheet and should distinguish documented production character from subsequent damage.

Electric Green Crush is the named companion version, also 23.5 × 35 inches with 55 examples and the same stated process and support. Its own page was likewise sold out at $195. The two colour identities should remain separate, while the 55 count belongs to each version rather than to a combined group of 55. No extra AP allocation is given in the inspected text. Electric Green Crush.

The second Street Print changes the paper

The studio calls Electric Crush the second print in its Street Print Series. Its predecessor Lumina uses matte butcher paper, with a 25.5 × 36-inch sheet and a run of 100. The relation is a shared working approach, but the found architectural substrate, smaller dimensions and 55-piece colour runs are specific to Electric Crush. A collector wanting an example of the series has more than an image choice to make. Lumina.

That support also separates Electric Blue Crush from Feel The Heat, the studio’s 2026 archival pigment edition on Entrada 290 gsm cotton rag. The latter has a 250 run and a 19 × 24-inch format. The two releases use different production methods, paper histories and edition structures; their prices do not identify a single work offered in different quality grades. Feel The Heat.

The practical identification record should therefore include the word Blue, the Street Print Series association, found architectural drawing paper, and the signed 55 edition. The public source does not supply a paper weight, municipal origin for an individual sheet or a conservation prescription. Those details should not be guessed from a photograph. A matching product title alone is also insufficient for evaluating a used example; the physical sheet and its recorded state are central to this particular release.
