The PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Limited Edition Bundle links contemporary PlayStation hardware to the grey visual identity of the original console. Its defining collecting detail is unusually specific: PlayStation announced 12,300 units worldwide, with an individual number etched onto each console. The September 2024 announcement connects that quantity to the original PlayStation’s December 3 launch date. This is a documented production statement for one console edition, rather than an inference from how quickly a store appeared to sell out.

The bundle launched on November 21, 2024. In markets served by PlayStation Direct, its announced preorder opening was September 26, with account and regional purchasing arrangements described separately. The Pro package combines a 2TB console with both an anniversary DualSense and DualSense Edge, a matching charging station and a vertical stand. It also includes a disc-drive cover, but the actual Disc Drive is sold separately. That distinction is easy to miss in a visually complete presentation.
