Troubled Waters is HENI’s 2026 print credited to Shepard Fairey, Damien Hirst and Invader together. HENI offered TT6 by application from 3 to 14 September 2026, closing at 5 p.m. British Summer Time. That application period has ended. The announced price was $5,000 before applicable taxes, with shipping and destination charges additional; HENI now marks applications closed. HENI release.

The edition comprises 200 numbered prints plus 30 artist’s proofs. HENI identifies the object as a Diasec-mounted giclée on aluminium composite panel, measuring 100 × 145.5 cm, with all three artists signing the label. Those facts separate the edition from the original collaborative painting shown in Triple Trouble. The painting’s materials and provenance cannot simply be transferred to a print derived from it. TT6 artwork record.

Three contributors on one panel

The publisher’s account starts with eight works on paper supplied by Fairey. Hirst assembled these into a larger canvas and added his coloured spots; Invader then introduced a pixelated wave and a surfing Invader figure. This sequence gives the print a specific lineage. Its combination of paper-derived patterns, a spot grid and the wave is the result of that collaborative painting process, rather than three unrelated motifs placed together for a later merchandise design.

Invaded Blossom, the earlier Hirst–Invader print, also uses a Diasec-mounted aluminium composite panel, but its dimensions are 120 × 96 cm and only those two artists sign its label. Troubled Waters is wider and shorter. For someone choosing a wall location, that is a material difference even before image preference enters the decision; the editions also have different authorship and must retain separate catalogue entries. Invaded Blossom.

Fixed allocation versus a timed edition

The earlier InvadHirst was a timed purchase release, whose final edition reached 1,194. Troubled Waters instead announced a fixed regular run of 200 and an application process. The practical difference is allocation: TT6 applicants supplied payment details, but HENI took payment only after a successful allocation. An application acknowledgement consequently records a request, while the subsequent paid order establishes which print was purchased. InvadHirst.

HENI states that TT6 has no separate certificate of authenticity, that numbers are randomly allocated and that the thirty APs were not offered in the drop. The signed label therefore forms part of the announced object; a regular buyer was applying for the edition of 200. HENI estimated dispatch within three months after applications closed, subject to production and shipping conditions. That is an original fulfillment estimate, not confirmation that a particular buyer’s print has shipped. The September closing date establishes the end of applications; it does not document the allocation or shipment of every numbered print.
